How to Join

Children are welcome to come and try out 1 session to see if they like our gymnastics classes. If you call us we will book you a slot and then all you need do is bring the sessions fees in a labelled envelope to see if the club is right for you and your child. There is no commitment to join after this 'taster' session, although if you decide to join Termly Fees should be paid soon after. Parents are welcome to come and sit and watch for their childs first session and for a couple of weeks after IF you think it is necessary AND your child is younger than 4 1/2. 01372 200564

Fees

Prices of the 4 locations are listed below (Local differences are based upon the facilities available).

• Cranleigh - The 45 minute session is £4.50 and the hour sessions cost £5.50. There is a £10 leaving bond to pay when you join, which is returned to you (by post) when you inform us before the end of a fully paid term that your child will be leaving the club. ('Extra hour' sessions are £4.00)
• Midhurst - The 45 minute session is £4.50 and the hour sessions cost £5.50.
• Bookham - All hour sessions cost £4.25.
• Acorn (Ewell) - The 45 minute session is £4.50 and the hour sessions cost £5.00. ('Extra hour' sessions are £3.50)

  There is a £20 annual insurance/membership which runs from summer to summer. Payments are made on a termly basis on the first day back.

  Parents of Gymnasts who attend Acorn or Bookham, where there is no leavers bond, it would be greatly appreciated if you informed us when you decide to leave the club as we will have a better idea of numbers the following term for groupings etc. email – swgc1982@yahoo.com

There is a £5 compulsory competition membership fee payable each term for Cranleigh and Midhurst gymnasts. This entitles all members to free competition entry for the individual competitions held each term.

Discounts and Offers

Discount for siblings **

• 2 children/sessions - 7.5% off total price (not including insurance)
• 3 children/sessions - 15 % off total (not including insurance)
• 4 children/sessions - 22.5 % off total (not including insurance)
• 5 children/sessions - 30 % off total (not including insurance)

** 'Extra hour' (2 hours) - Please be aware that the Extra hour sessions are not elligible on their own for a discount as they are discounted already (The sessions they follow on from are discounted as normal).

Split payments are welcome to parents with 2 children at the gym or strictly those who pay before the end of the first day back.

Invite a friend – Any new members joining and informing us that you invited them, will entitle you to a sessions fees discount from each of the following 3 terms they remain at the club alongside you.
