July 16th 2008 -
We are now offering 2 hour classes to specific gymnasts at certain times depending on spaces available. This gives gymnasts that extra bit of training to bring on their gymnastics and also help parents who have busy school runs most evenings.


May 18th 2008 -
We are opening a new gym club in Midhurst at the Grammar School next Academic/School year. Please recommend us to anyone you may know in the area to ensure the club is a success. We will be looking to offer our gym club to areas as far as Petworth, Rogate, Liss, Easebourne, Fernhurst, Billingshurst and even Haslemere where there is no gymnastics clubs at present.


May 12th 2008 -
SWGC acheived 2nd at the Surrey Floor and Vault yesterday beating last years position of 3rd. We continue to establish ourselves as one of the most succesful clubs in the south east. Please see our 'competition' section for full results.


March 24th 2008 -
We have just placed an order for a new piece of equipment for Cranleigh for the start of the new term. It is called an AIR TRACK and is a very new device that has become popular in gymnastics for the purpose of 'tumbling'. It is a highly pressurised flat 'bouncy castle type thing' that allows gymnasts to develop moves that would otherwise prove too difficult on our 'normal' mats.

February 22nd 2008 -
We are always on the lookout for coaches who wish to help out at the club. If you are interested or know anybody suitable then please get in touch. We are preferably looking for qualified coaches but would also consider anyone with a background in Gymnastics or childcare (to put on a suitable course), subject to a British Gymnastics CRB check

February 20th 2008 -
Message from Luke - I am taking part in the Reykjavic marathon for Esther Benjamins Trust on August 23rd. Anyone that hasn't donated recently then there's no better time than now!! Please add any donations to the link below , or sponsor me on the notice board sheet. All donations are tax free and you will be contributing to help disadvantaged children in Nepal.




February 12th 2008 -
The club competition will be held on the 30th March. Previously we have had over 60% of all children at the club partisipating. We hope for a similar success this year.

January 15th 2008 -
At the South East Floor and Vault we came 5th (of 16) in the Novice section and 4th (of 19) in the intermediate section, continuing our good run in competitions. Please see our 'competition' section for full results.

January 7th 2008 -
The club has agreed with Glebelands School to run afternoon 'taster' sessions in the Glebelands school gymnasium for local schools on a Wednesday. Thankyou to Glebelands School for allowing this to happen to promote the sport within the community.
